Website data is stored securely via GoDaddy and associated service providers. Client clinical data is stored using Halaxy, a secure, encrypted practice management system compliant with Australian privacy standards.


Lavender Psychology takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification, or disclosure. We use encrypted devices, password-protected systems, and restrict access to authorised personnel only.

4. Disclosure of Information

We will not disclose personal or health information without your consent, unless required by law or where there is an immediate and serious risk to you or others.


With your consent, we may share relevant information with:

- Your GP or referrer

- Other professionals involved in your care


We may use third-party service providers such as Halaxy (practice management), GoDaddy (website hosting), and Google Analytics (website analytics). These services may collect or process limited personal information to support the delivery of our services. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers are secure and privacy-compliant.


Where clinically appropriate and with your consent, personal information may be shared with other healthcare providers via email or fax. Faxes are sent using GoFax, a secure electronic fax service. Reasonable steps are taken to ensure communications are handled securely and in line with privacy obligations.

You may request access to personal information we hold about you and request corrections if needed. Requests must be made in writing and will be responded to within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and ethical considerations.
